At Cornerstone Hospice and Palliative Care, our goal is to assist you and our family during this difficult time of life.  Hospice care is devoted to easing the physical pain and emotional upset caused by life-limiting illness while assisting you and your loved ones to live life to its fullest.  We understand that you have many questions, concerns and fears about what to do next and have provided the information on these pages to help you decide if Hospice care is right for you or your loved one.
