Special Bereavement Programs and Services

In addition to its principal services of providing care to the patients and families facing life-limiting illnesses, Cornerstone Hospice and Palliative Care has an extensive variety of offerings designed to meet the special bereavement needs of patients and their families and those experiencing grief in our communities. They include Patient and Family Grief Support, Community Bereavement, and Children's Grief Programs.
