Cornerstone Hospice services are available in Central Florida throughout all the cities and towns located in Lake, Sumter, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Hardee and Highlands counties, including but not limited to Leesburg, Mount Dora, Clermont, The Villages, Tavares, Lady Lake, Sumterville, Bushnell, Orlando, Winter Park, Kissimmee, Celebration, Auburndale, Bartow, Haines City, Sebring, and Wauchula.

In addition to its principal services of providing care to the patients and families facing life-limiting illnesses, Cornerstone Hospice and Palliative Care has an extensive variety of offerings designed to meet the special bereavement needs of patients and their families and those experiencing grief in our communities. They include Patient and Family Grief Support, Community Bereavement, and Children's Grief Programs. All of our counseling and support group facilitation is done by professional grief counselors.
