Due to my location I was unable to be beside her but my twin brother who lives in Florida was there along with my mother’s brother and they both couldn’t speak highly enough of your well-trained and giving staff. On behalf of my Family I wanted to say thank you, thank you and please give each nurse a big hug and Kiss from Me, you all will be in our prayers forever and will never be forgotten. My Dad was diagnosed with Stage IV Prostate cancer having gone to his bones on June 12, 2010. In tbones. In two days, after I discovered that more than home health was needed, I called Cornerstone Hospice in Winter Haven. They were there immiediately doing an assessment and setting up pain management and crises care for my Dad. With Cornerstone Hospice care, my Dad had the opportunity to stay at home visited by each of his children, friends and he was able to look out his living room front window and "see all the miracles." Cornerstone Hospice was gift to my Dad and our family with their caring staff and advices.
